Why?  They were wise men.
They knew the Truth.
That Bravery, Honesty, Integrity,
Moral Correctness
Uprightness
Righteousness

True Justice
Favors Peace

Reconciliation.
Tolerance
and Love.

And Buddha.

As far as I'm concerned,
most of the great thinkers,
sayers, writers, doers and livers

Who have significantly changed
and advanced the world
for the better

Have been People of this Kind.

I am only sorry that it is

that my mind must jump

When searching for
Men to Admire.

When it really ought to be
People

And there Really Ought to be
Just as Many Women
(if not more)

than the men
on the list.
